Adele stopped her show in Verona, Italy this week to tell a fan to stop filming.

‘I want to tell that lady as well, can you stop filming me with the video camera,’ Adele said. ‘I’m really here in real-life, you can enjoy it in real-life rather than through your camera.’

Adele pointed out that there were people who couldn’t get into the sold-out show so the people inside should be savoring the moment. ‘Can you take your tripod down, this isn’t a DVD. This is a real show and I’d really like you to enjoy the show because there are lots of people outside who couldn’t come in,” she said.

Ironically, the entire fan-slap was captured on video by another punter.

Adele is on her Adele Live 2016 World Tour. The European dates will finish on 15 June in Belgium. Adele will start her North American tour in Saint Paul on 5 July and finish in Mexico City on 15 November.

Australian dates are expected to be announced soon for early 2017.
