Before he travels to outer space with Cara Delevingne later this year in Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, Dane DeHaan will be delving into creepy territory on with A Cure for Wellness. Directed by Pirates of the Caribbean‘s Gore Verbinski, the horror thriller is a month away from release, and we’ve been given an exclusive new TV spot to show that doesn’t skimp on the suspense. Check it out!

If you haven’t seen any trailers for A Cure for Wellness yet, fear not. This 30-second TV spot does a good job outlining the basic plot of the movie. Dane DeHaan’s Lockhart is visiting an ominous sanitarium standing over an ancient aquifer that was rebuilt after a devastating fire. If that doesn’t scream sinister already, it gets even worse, as it’s shown that almost certainly unethical experiments have been conducted at this place for hundreds of years. Unfortunately for Lockhart, he discovers what’s afoot there, but is dismissed as “unwell.” Some of the more unsettling imagery from the TV spot include a woman in a bathtub with some kind of creepy, tentacled monster and a deer being struck by a car. Yeah, this movie is sure to be a bone chiller.

A Cure for Wellness creeps into theaters on February 17.
