The animated sequel to 2003s Finding Nemo has been a long time coming, but the more we hear about Finding Dory — including brand new characters portraits, pictured here — the more excited we are to finally see the movie for ourselves.
By August 2013, we knew that the forgetful Dory (Ellen DeGeneres), pictured at top, would be searching for her family while Marlin (Albert Brooks) and son Nemo would be looking for her.
We also knew that Dory’s parents would be voiced by Eugene Levy and Diane Keaton, with Ty Burrell set to voice a comical beluga whale named Bailey.
Two years later, we learned that Ed O’Neill would be voicing an octupus named Hank and Kaitlin Olson would be lending her voice to a whale shark named Destiny.
