Donald Trump is obsessed with a lot of things. For instance, golf. Second, watching TV—particularly media coverage of Donald Trump. If it weren’t for the fact that our president doesn’t know how computers work, I’d have no doubt that he would be obsessed with the Google alert he would have set up for his name. But as much as Donald Trump loves reading things about Donald Trump, he also loves getting mad about what’s written about him. And though usually that anger is usually directed at places like CNN and The New York Times, his latest bout of frustration has chosen a surprising target: Breitbart News.

And now according to Business Insider sources, Breitbart has stopped going after Kushner after its editors were allegedly asked to stop writing stories that were critical of him. (Breitbart for their part denies that they “muzzled” coverage of Kushner.)
In the days that followed, Breitbart conspicuously refrained from leveling criticism against Kushner, choosing to lay off Trump’s son-in-law.
Just a coincidence, I’m sure. It’s not like a senior advisor to the president would ever direct his old blog mates to go after a coworker in the first place. Such a thing would be just petty. Nope. Not in this White House.
